How Does The Future Of Nigeria Looks Like?

Back in the early stage of Fela Anikulapo Kuti , he sang a song about what was happening in Nigeria then.. Though, people thought he was joking but it is now crystal clear that all what he had said are happening now.. To mention but few corruption, non-challant attitude of Nigerian Government towards its citizens, not giving its citizen freedom of speech etc were the downside of Nigerian government, we did not pay utmost attention to all he had said.. Fela is gone now but we are left behind all he had said..
Some years back again, Abudlkareem sang a song titled Nigeria Jagajaga, we all crucified him for referring to Nigeria as Jagajagacious nation. His lyrics incited widespread of hatred and provocation among Nigerians.. Some even thought that it was because of ethno political situation of the country then.

It is disheartening to hear our musical icon 2face had cancelled his February 6th National protest. What could have been possible reason why he had to let this protest go? When most Nigerians would have come out against the unfavourable policies of this present administration.. Is a Nigeria still a military rule country or democratic rule? There is no more freedom of speech any more if you criticises or lead a protest against this administration DSS,Army,Policemen,Navy, Air force even Peace Corps would be hunting you for detention or possible interrogation..

In case they did not know, for every successful Democratic rule, opposition parties must play a major role in ensuring the wrong is put to right.. The act of criticizing you will makes you to adjust yourself when you are wrong in any of your policies.
Not quite long , when Goodluck Jonathan led administration removed fuel subsidy, there were protests all over the country by these set of people who are now in power.... When the tension was much for then president he was forced to reduced the fuel price.. But remember posterity would not let them rest...
2face had canceled February 6th National protest just because of the treats he had received from this present administration.
2face stepping down now, who will take the lead now? When would the voices of the poor masse be heard by this administration? People are dying as the recession bites harder.

The masses continue to be poorer in this present administration.
Was Nigeria of before during Fela and some other musical icons like Ras kimono.etc who had criticized government better than now?
Yes, then Nigeria was better than now.

As a Nigerian, we are hopeful for every transition of one government to another better than the former but revise has been the case here in Nigeria.

Obasanjo blasts Awujale of Ijebuland

Kabiyesi you are petty and a liar - Olusegun Obasanjo's open letter to The Awujale & Paramount Ruler of Ijebuland, December 30, 2016 His Royal Highness, Oba Alaiyeluwa S. K. Adetona, The Awujale & Paramount Ruler of Ijebuland, Oba Adetona Road, P. O. Box 263, Ijebu Ode. The extract from your Autobiography “Awujale: The Autobiography of Alaiyeluwa Oba S. K. Adetona, Ogbagba II”, published by Mosuro Publishers 2010, pp. 187-195, which I attach to this letter was presented to me for my attention. Your assertion in the publication was a tissue of lies and untruths. Olopade is one of my best friends and yes, I would be at his birthday celebration but I would not have invited Mike, your cousin, to meet me anywhere other than my office or official residence as President of Nigeria. Kabiyesi, do you think I would set the press up to capture me and Mike in a photograph for the newspapers? That would be puerile of me as President. Of course, I could not say that Mike could not...
